Dear Allen Dale Families,

Welcome to Allen Dale, home of the Panthers! I’m Principal Reimer, and I am so excited to start my first year as principal for Allen Dale. I have worked in education for 19 years, and it has been my great joy to serve the community of Grants Pass for the last 16 years.  I am a proud graduate of SOU and CSU Stanislaus, a mother of two amazing boys, and wife to the best husband for 26 years.  Something fun to know about me is that I love cooking and creating new family favorite meals.  There’s nothing better than spending time with family eating great food.

At Allen Dale we value relationships and building a strong Allen Dale family to support student growth.  Our mission is to provide students with a positive and safe learning environment, parents and community members with a strong sense of trust and belonging, and staff with the best opportunities and resources to teach effectively.  We are proud of our 62 highly qualified and passionate teachers and support staff who go above and beyond to ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed.  We offer a wide variety of extracurricular activities and events including after school clubs in art, archery, singing, racquet sports, run-walk, and the SMILE club, to provide our students with a well-rounded education that prepares them for success both in and out of the classroom.

This year, we will continue to focus on student growth by rooting in relationships, increasing academic rigor, and meeting the needs of ALL learners. We welcome your support and involvement. We believe that communication and collaboration are key to a successful school year, and we encourage parents and community members to stay involved and engaged in our school.
